W2 – Founder of Bizpain.com
I’ve been in bizpain since I was about 10 years old. I got a paper route through the local newspaper, folded and rubber-banded hundreds of papers each night, stuffed them into a canvas bag that I draped over my bike handle-bars, and tossed them on porches, driveways, and sometimes into planter boxes.
At the end of my first month, I met my route supervisor, went over the numbers, handed over my receipts and promptly learned that I owed him money. It was a total rip-off. I couldn’t believe it. And, that’s how it all started – my awareness of the huge gap between what we expect from work, and what we often times get.
I’ve worked with and helped thousands of people improve their lives and business successes over the course of thirty years in management, senior management and executive positions in industries that stretch from entertainment to finance, from healthcare to insurance.
My personal mission is to improve people’s daily satisfaction with work and life through personal motivation, and to enrich someone’s day, every day.
We want Bizpain.com to provide workers with relief when work hurts.

I’m not really a kid, but I don’t really feel like an adult. I’m in that weird professional transition where I’m still younger than most of my colleagues, but there’s now an even younger generation of employees that don’t understand my references to Saved By the Bell, Hypercolors or any other 80’s reference that rounds out my background.
I have a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in management, yet find myself wondering if it was all worth it as I work to pay back my school loans that will plague me until my late 40’s. I think I should be earning a lot more than I do, and feel stuck – and I really want to do something relevant.
I’m a female in a world of men that treat me like a “little lady” – even when I’m their boss. I’m a people pleaser who just wants to do good work, be creative, evoke emotion from my readers, and be happy.

The Pres
I’ve managed businesses in the financial industry for some 32+ years. I’ve held management positions in retail banking, loan origination, and loan servicing operations for Fortune 500 companies and for a few with a bit of misfortune. Most recently, I accepted a senior management position for a firm that will focus its core business on helping people that are upside – down as it relates to the equity of their home(s).
Just a few years ago, I was just an unimpressed employee. Today, I’m an unimpressed employer. I’ve had the safe positions – I’ve been the road warrior, the consultant, the suit, a friend, an enemy and I’ve been – a mentor.
Giving back – helping – enriching has always been my goal. I’ve been hired, fired, rehired and restructured – and – I’ve managed more than 350 employees in multiple locations. I’ve delivered my fair share of bizpain and I’ve received it.
Send me your questions – this is a safe place to be uncomfortable and express yourself. I want to hear from you……and so do others.

Imin Bizpain
I’m the only member of the team that is in “self-employed” bizpain – the rest of the team are employed by others and believe it’s not in their interests to expose who they are right now. Their passion for helping everyone out there with their daily work stresses, and work-life stresses, is pretty contagious. It’s refreshing and relevant. And, it’s fun.
As a nationally recognized consumer health advocate, with over 300 radio and television programs including Fox Weekend Live with Tony Snow, The Martha Stewart Show, ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox news programs and more – and with weekly radio programs heard by millions on ABC Radio Networks, Sirius radio and local stations across the U.S. and Canada – I’ve noticed something that rarely gets coverage unless there is a shooting – is the work place.
We look forward to helping your day.

What’s crazy about bizpain is that I’ve been working hard to achieve it since elementary school.
I had a few bad experiences with chores and babysitting and then I went to grade school and high school to ultimately get into a great college, which would in turn help me land a job.
Looking back, I think that the reason my parents and family didn’t prepare me for bizpain while growing up is that they didn’t want me dropping out of school at an early age and staying home.
I’m 28, have earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in management from great schools. I’ve been in the “real world” with a “real job” in the marketing/advertising world nearly six years.
And I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up; and, I don’t see that growing up is all that great anyway.
All I do know is that I want to make a difference somewhere, somehow.
