New Career Opportunity – Sell Medical Marijuana

The Worried Worker (W2)

If it’s true that the feds aren’t going to raid dispensaries like they did during the Bush era, this may signal a new cottage industry.

Given that most Americans have felt pretty low these last few months and that projections suggest we’ll feel even lower for a couple of years, the idea that we could sprout new businesses to help people get high is appealing.

And, this could have important and positive impacts on all sorts of other industries.  Farming tools, manure, lighting, watering, labeling, etc., could all see increased need.

At the same time, candy and ice cream sales could go through the roof.  And, if people are stoned, they may even buy GM cars and trucks!

The Worried Worker advocates any opportunity for Americans to find work that is good for them, pays the rent, helps them raise their kids and generally live calm and productive lives.  What worries the Worker is that loosening the oversight will increase the likelihood that non-medical users will enter the market, drive the prices of the medical marijuana down along with its quality, and ultimately destroy the advances made to date.

There is a huge difference between “medical” and “recreational.”  Someone is bound to screw this up at some point.

And, some day, the republicans will be back in office.

This whole topic is stressing me out and making it hard for me to sleep.

Got a match?
