I really can’t take much more, but I don’t have anywhere else to go.  The job market is scary and I’m glad I have work, but so much is being dumped on me, it’s hard to keep up.  My boss says it’s delegating, but it isn’t.  What should I do?

Yep, this is true Bizpain……so much more work with less resources.  Sorry to hear about this.  As you said, the job market is real tight; therefore, you may need to learn to live with this.  Have you tried documenting the amount of work you’ve been given and how long each task takes?  This is a great way to show your boss that the work far exceeds the allotted work hours.  Try it; many times it works because it provides a ‘visual’ that can’t be discounted.
