I work in a technology environment and I notice that when I walk near a lot of our techies they quickly move their mouses.  I know they’re doing stuff that is not work related and I want to stop it.  But, I need proof.  What should I do?

A Bizpain busybody, aren’t you…….what are you a manager or just a nosey coworker? 

Why would you care if they are working or not?  Maybe they are working on highly classified stuff and have been trained to hide their work?  I think you need to worry about yourself and your production / contribution to the company. 

Here’s what I recommend…….chill out and don’t worry about others.  If it bothers you so much speak with your manager…..but….be ready to be classified as a nosey busybody!
