One of our managers goes to the bathroom and regularly sprays all over his knee-caps, then comes back into the meeting, sits and crosses his legs and is oblivious to his wetness. Should I tell him?
Dear Harold:
Should you tell him? You state in your question, “he sits and crosses his legs and is oblivious to his wetness”…….wouldn’t you want to know that you piss all over yourself and everyone is talking about you? I would! BUT….and I mean BUT, you must handle this carefully to protect him (El Pisser) and yourself. You don’t want to cause him any more embarrassment and you don’t want to place yourself in a bad situation.
So here are a few suggestions: (1) speak with your HR Department in ‘confidence’ and let them handle it. They will either address it with El Pisser or will contact his manager and let them handle it. (2) Request to speak with his manager ‘confidentially’ and calmly explain the issue and let them take it from there, or (3) based your relationship with El Pisser speak with him directly. Make sure you are a male to male having this conversation. A female addressing this with a male is not recommended. (4) this is not my favorite but if El Pisser is a real jerk and you don’t like him, you can always send him an anonymous note with a box of diapers?
So there, you’ve now got 4 options to choose from. Which one are you selecting? Let us all know the outcome of the mysterious Bizpain Pisser.

You need to find a way to tell him. It’s the right thing to do.
If it’s me, please tell me.
