All Managers Should Be Fired!

Letter To W2

Dear W2

The managers in my department are pathetic. They hang out together and talk in a hush and when something goes wrong, the rest of us never know what happened until someone gets called in and basically gets the riot act. It’s always someone else’s fault, but never a manager’s? How is that possible? I want to hang the manager.

 

Dear Executioner -

 

YOU are in total bizpain! Having a management team that sucks is no fun! Why are you still there? You need to run faster than a speeding bullet, don’t wait to pass go and collect $200, you need to get the hell out of there! This is bigger than you and I; therefore, don’t try to fight the system. You either learn to deal with it or get out; because it won’t change! Hate to be so negative, but I’ve seen management teams such as the one you describe and they can bring down a company!

 

Run don’t walk!

    It is amazing where I work too. The managers are younger that a lot of the peopke but just as stupid. But, if you fire them all, who’s going to hand out the checks?

    I’m a manager and always dealing with employees who don’t do their work, complain all the time that they have too much work to do, and then spend their time downloading music to their ipods. Try being a manager with some of this and then see how smart you are - you should be fired!

    managers that don’t perform should be fired. employees that don’t perform should be fired. either of you that spends your time being pissed at the other should be hung.
